How to you Return a Standard Garment or Item?

If you're not happy with your standard purchase and have not worn, washed or damaged the piece of merchandise, just contact us and we'll exchange it or give you a refund, minus your original shipping. You just pay for shipping and we'll take care of it!

Just let us know by using our Contact Us page or giving us a ring. Please make sure to reach out to us right away for returns, we need to start the process within 14 days of the date you receive the item.

*Call us. Our toll-free customer service line is 1 877 568-2346. (limited phone hours - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Monday - Friday)

*The shipping method of your choice may be used, however an insured/trackable service is recommended

Fill out the return/exchange form that came with your order, including the RAN, and return it with the merchandise to Ad In within 7 days of receiving the RAN.

Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item.

If you are exchanging your standard merchandise, please make sure you indicate the item number/name you wish to exchange for, as well as size and color information.

Or Did We Make A Mistake?

While it's not common, if we sent you the wrong item, size or color we'll be happy to get you the right item right away, as long as it's unwashed, unworn and undamaged. This policy applies to both standard and custom purchases.

What If I Made A Mistake Or Don't Like My Custom Creation? We don't offer refunds on custom items since they are made especially for you and can't be resold.

Will I Be Charged A Shipping Charge for My Exchange?

New in 2016, we will now be picking up the shipping charge for shipping back to you your exchange item. We want you to be happy with the item(s) you purchase from us and therefore we decided to meet you halfway. You will still need to pay for shipping your original standard item back to us, put when you place an order for an exchange, we'll pick up the shipping tab back to you!

When Will I See The Credit on My Credit Card?

Return credits will be issued in the same form as the original payment. (Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit card to be credited for your return.) The company noted on your credit card statement for the original charge and the credit is Ad In Apparel Company.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

What Is The Return Address?

The return address in on the paperwork included in your order but in case that gets lost....here it is again.
