The Tulip skirt is both beautiful & breathable. There are side slits allowing for movement & flow. A wide flat front waistband but stretchable in the waist with a gathered back band. The back of the skirt is slightly longer than the front and the curved hem at the bottom creates a unique & feminine style. A great skirt as both a cover up or going out on the town!
